My name is Shane Gray the owner of Auto Insurance Claim Specialists, LLC. After working for 10 plus years in management for a major insurance carrier, I noticed there were a lot of areas in the auto claim handling and repair process that needed the help of a specialist. My goal is to make every one of my customers that hires me happy with the result achieved, and making the process as stress free as possible. I proudly reside in NE Portland with my beautiful family. My hobbies include working on home improvement projects on my 1925 home, gardening, and restoring my 1987 Dodge campervan.
